💔This video just broke me.

Yesterday I reported that a 7-year-old child was killed in Zaporizhzhia during Russia’s massive combination attack on Ukraine with UAVs and missiles.
Today we see the footage of the first responders carrying the little boy out from the rubble of his house, and how they desperately try to bring the child back to life before realizing it’s already too late.
(Trigger warning: The images in the video below is disturbing to watch, this is the reality of russias war in Ukraine, and although it may be offensive to some people to see, I beg people not to look away, not to ignore, and realize that this is the real life. And we have an obligation as fellow humans to stand up when such horrific harm and unjust is done against others, and stand up against the evil behind it. Ignorance is what allows such cruelty to grow. We cant allow for that to happen.)
There aren’t enough words to describe this pain, watching this happen again and again.
There aren’t enough tears for the grief, seeing yet another young life taken by Russia.
One would think that at some point, we’d go numb.
And maybe that would be easier.
Maybe that is exactly what Russia wants.
But we don’t.
It never stops hurting.
And going numb is not an option, because it’s simply not possible.

Every life is irreplaceable.
Whether you know them or not.
Every life taken by Russia in this war is not only a tragedy, It’s a crime.
Unjust.
Unforgivable.
And it could be preventable, if only we did enough.
For every life lost, the pain grows a little bigger.
It is burdens we now all should have to carry.
And it gets a little heavier day after day.
There isn’t enough anger over Russia’s continued violence and violations.
Not enough outrage over their constant terror.
There’s no punishment big enough for Russia’s crimes against humanity!
And every day that goes by, where we watch this happen again and again, and let Russia continue without consequences: They grow bolder, our burden gets heavier, as more people suffer;
not because of what we do, but because of what we aren’t doing.
We have to realize, we are still not doing enough, to help Ukraine win, and end the Russian aggression, once and for all.
